Shipping
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days order is placed and verified payment is received. Please note during peak trout season and holidays, shipping times may be slightly delayed.
- Free shipping on domestic orders over $80
- Standard shipping $7 flat - No minimum
- Shipping address changes must be reported before order has been processed
*Please double-check and ensure your complete address information is correct before completing your order. SCTC is not responsible for any lost of stolen packages. Additionally, we are unable to replace packages damaged by the carrier.
Delivery
Please allow 5-7 business days after your order is placed, to receive your package.

We cannot file claims for lost or stolen packages. We ask you to please file a claim directly with the mail carrier.
Returns

We strive to provide the best quality trout fishing gear and tackle in hopes no returns will be necessary. Please ensure you are aware of all sales being final, before completing your purchase.
We reserve the right to reject returns.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges will ONLY be honored if you received a damaged item or in the event damaged item is no longer available or in stock.
if initial item is no longer available.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Order cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed. Shipping address changes will not be made if the order has been processed. Please note fulfilled orders will not be eligible for cancellation.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
In the event you received a damaged item, defective product or wrong order, please contact us immediately via email and provide photo(s) as reference along with Order Number to ensure the issue is resolved for you.
In-Store Pickup
Please note In-Store Pickup is available upon being selected at checkout. Orders for pickup have a processing period of 2-4 business days after your order is placed and payment is received. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been processed and ready for pickup during business hours.
